Advised Phoenix ARC (assignee of L&T Finance) in insolvency proceedings against personal guarantors of Sky One Corporate Park LLP involving defaults exceeding INR 562 crore. Obtained favourable orders before NCLT and DRT, leading to recovery of substantial amounts.

Represented Savannah Lifestyle in initiating insolvency proceedings against Shaila Clubs & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. for a financial debt of over INR 9.16 crore. Successfully admitted claim as “financial debt” under IBC; matter pending before NCLAT.

Advised clients on due diligence and purchase of land with villa at Amarja Hills Estate near Pawna Lake. Structured transaction and drafted necessary agreements for acquisition worth approx. INR 13 crore.
