Ibrahim Kourshi is a dispute resolution legal advisor and Founding Partner at The Black Robe for Legal Consultancy & Debt Collocation. Ibrahim has 15 years dispute resolution experience and has acted in all manner of lawsuits disputes for institutions, developers, investors and public companies, as well as for private companies and individuals.
Ibrahim’s first arrived in Dubai in September 2009 and prior to founding The Black Robe, was a legal consultant at many companies the international legal practice at Egypt, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and, more latterly, Co-Founder of The Black Robe.
Advocate Ibrahim Kourshi has significant experience of the GCC legal filed, in particular in the area of Civil, criminal, commercial, real state, family, insurance and compensations lawsuits, also dispute resolution and writing contracts, along with having acted for many years for a range of clients in the conduct of mediations, arbitrations, local litigation (UAE Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal and the Union Court of Cassation).
