Kayode Kolawole

Kayode is a Nigerian advocate with broad experience in Litigation, Company Law Practice, Company Registration, drafting and Legal research. He has represented  financial institutions,  Companies among others wherein he has undertaken due diligence, procured the necessary consents, drafted documents, had the documents registered at the requisite registries, undertaken post registration search, rendered legal opinions. Kayode was a onetime executive member of the NBA-YLF Lokoja Branch.
