Often times families are not aware that the first step which is required by law to be taken when a person passes and leaves an Estate is either an Application for a Grant of Probate or an Application for Letters of Administration.
Real Estate
The purchase or sale of land can be quite technical for e.g. the vendor has to ensure that the property which he purports to sell has good and marketable title as well as vacant possession, on the other hand, the Purchaser has to ensure that there is a good root and chain of title and that there are no encumbrances on the land which he/she is seeking to purchase.
