Mr. Florin Lata is an accomplished attorney at law and a registered trademark agent before the IP Office in Kosovo. Specializing in Intellectual Property Law, he is the exclusive partner of REACT (The Anti-Counterfeit Network) for Kosovo. Mr. Lata addresses a broad spectrum of IPR issues, including the development of primary legislation and regulations in intellectual property rights in Kosovo, solidifying his status as the leading IP expert in the country.
He has authored and co-authored numerous articles on Copyright, Trademark rights, and Patent law in prestigious publications such as "Autori," published by the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports in Kosovo, and the World Trademark Review. Mr. Lata currently serves as the President of the Commission for Legislation and Normative before the Kosovo Bar Association. He has been engaged as an external expert by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports to draft primary and secondary legislation on IPR in Kosovo.
