Damodar Timsina

Mr. Timsina is the Founder and Managing Partner of WIPS Law Associates. He is one of the young enthusiasts in Corporate, Commercial and IP Laws of Nepal. He has significant experience in IP matters in Nepal, including its protection, enforcement, opposition, and litigation.
