Mr Loh Kim Kee is a Partner of Yap Loh & Partners LLP.
He has over 3 decades of experience in various litigation related and non-litigation related practice areas, including: accident & personal injury, commercial & claims, civil litigation, criminal litigation, family law, intellectual property law, loan & security documentation, corporate & commercial law, investments, mergers & acquisitions, conveyancing & land law and trusts, estate planning & estate administration.
In his long legal career, Mr Loh has acted for a diverse range of clients, including MNCs, prominent local companies, large corporations (LOs), high net worth individuals, SMEs, private individuals, management corporations of condominium developments and the following banks and financial institutions: DBS Bank, ABN Amro Bank, Hong Leong Finance, TatLee Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Overseas Union Bank, Overseas Union Trust, Standard Chartered Bank, UOB and NTUC Thrift & Loan Co-operative Ltd.
