Saira Sheikh, a graduate of Sind Muslim Law College, University of Karachi has started her career as a litigant.  She has worked on corporate matters regarding structuring of IP rights and litigation relating to trademarks, copyright, design, Patents, trade secrets unfair competition, Customs, Banking, Family and Constitutional law. She has satisfactorily represented the interests of various prominent companies and individuals in the High Court of Sindh, Subordinate Courts and Special Tribunals including Customs Appellate Tribunal, Banking Courts and IPO offices and Tribunal.
