Junior Advocate — Criminal & Civil Law

Faizan Siddiqui & Associates is looking 
for a dedicated Junior Advocate to join 
our busy legal practice at Allahabad 
High Court, Prayagraj.

About the Firm:
Established law firm with 18+ years of 
practice at Allahabad High Court. We 
handle criminal defense, bail, divorce, 
property disputes, RERA, NRI legal 
services and writ petitions across 
Uttar Pradesh.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist senior advocate in drafting 
  bail applications, petitions and 
  plaints at Allahabad High Court

- Research case laws and judgments 
  from Allahabad HC and Supreme Court

- Appear in district courts for 
  routine hearings and adjournments

- Draft legal notices, agreements 
  and affidavits

- Assist in client meetings and 
  case preparation

- Maintain case files and court 
  diary management

- Attend High Court daily hearings 
  with senior advocate

Requirements:
- LL.B degree from recognized 
  university (LL.M preferred)

- Bar Council of UP enrollment 
  (or in process)

- Good knowledge of CrPC/BNSS, 
  IPC/BNS, CPC and Evidence Act

- Strong Hindi and English 
  drafting skills

- Dedicated and hardworking attitude

- Allahabad/Prayagraj based candidate 
  preferred

- 0-3 years experience welcome
  (freshers may apply)
