Lawyer - Company Formation & Investment Law

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in company formation, corporate law, and extensive dealings with the Egyptian Investment Authority.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in law practice.
Expertise in establishing companies and handling legal procedures related to investment in Egypt.
Familiarity with Egyptian investment laws, regulations, and procedures.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice on company formation and investment procedures.
Handling legal documentation and compliance with relevant authorities.
Liaising with the Egyptian Investment Authority on behalf of clients.
Ensuring legal adherence to all regulations related to investment activities.
