Can I enforce a WhatsApp agreement for a construction job if the contractor now denies the price?

I agreed with a contractor over WhatsApp on the scope of work, materials, and total price, and I have the chat history and payment messages. After starting, he is demanding more money and claiming there was no final agreement. What steps can I take to enforce the agreed terms and recover any losses if he walks away?

Hello, The law recognizes electronic evidence as admissible in court. Accordingly, in your case, you may produce screenshots of your WhatsApp communications as evidence in support of the contractual agreement. Please reach out to us for a detailed legal opinion.
