My niece's husband abused her physically and mentally by having an affair with one of his colleagues. Also, he hit her in front of their son 4 years old. I need advice on what else my niece can do.
Can my niece sue her husband for the situation above I described?

Off the bat, your niece may consider filing a case against her husband for violation of RA 9262 or VAWC. She may also consider securing a BPO or Barangay Protection Order if the circumstances so warrant.
