How will i start filing a child support to a US military father?
We had an agreement but he missed sending support. We have twins and I have been starting to feel that the agreed amount is not enough nowadays especially since the twins are growing. I would also like to have a child support modification since we had an agreement for more than 3 years now.

You may consider sending the father of your child a Demand Letter and attaching thereto the proposed agreement with the child support modifications.
