I did a shotgun appointment approach on customer and i didn't serve solve sell during the call because it was our first taking calls that time. So the management listen to my call eventually I was there too listening but now I admit a wrongful behavior in my call and learn something from it and if you listen my call aside the one they notice you will see improvement because during the time i was in the call I'm not familiar with the concern thats why we have PA it means its a floor support who help us tailored the customer approach. As for the mean time I learn something from it. And now i am worried b because its a terminal offense. Right now I'm on my 4th week of calls that leads to residency.
