Investments Scam

I was a victim of an investment scam in which few people were investing through me such as relatives, friends, and colleagues. I need to consult on what action to take to protect myself since I am a victim too. I need help to ask for some recovery from the bank and file a case against the person behind this case. I am planning to hire an attorney but I also need to know the fees as I am really bankrupt because of what happened. I am paying those investors in the meantime through my salary, I lost my properties too. I need to go through the right process because I am in the most difficult situation. I need some advice to go through it. Thank you
