I am an analyst. My colleague is resigning, she's a manager. I am sure the Head of our department will give her tasks or some tasks to me. Compliance meeting will be one. I dont want to accept it. It's beyond my contract ang experience. For me to understand, I need accounting background which I dont. Is it okay to decline?
