Club med cash refund

Recently, I booked a trip to Kiroro, Japan. I was informed one day before the arrival of a massive norovirus outbreak. I was offered 3 options: 1) credit refund, 2) change holiday destination to Tomamu, 3) change holiday destination to Sahoro. I want a cash refund as I do not have faith in them anymore. What are the odds of getting the refund?
