Hi, I am a Permanent Resident in Singapore and was divorced in Singapore last July 2022. My ex spouse is also a Filipino like me and we are married in the Philippines last 2016. How do I go about submitting my Divorce papers to obtain a PSA? It's the recognition of Divorce right? If yes, how much will it cost? Hope to hear from you. Thank you
