A foreign-owned property may be rented out without limitation; as a non-resident, you should be aware that personal income tax will be deducted from your earned income in Thailand. It should also be noted that short-term rentals of less than 30 days are illegal in Thailand and require the owner to hold a hotel licence. As long as the property is not considered a business, you may rent out your condo in Thailand.
