We are going to get a divorce and we still disagree about some things, however, we do not wish to delay our divorce, is there any way around this?

If the couple does not agree on one or more issues, an uncontested divorce is still possible, but these issues must first be settled, and their agreement on these matters must be written in the divorce agreement.
