I am a Canadian woman married to a Thai woman in 2015 when it was not yet legal in Thailand. We have a marriage certificate from Canada but it was never registered in Thailand. Now that gay marriage is legal in Thailand can I divorce her from Thailand? I am not a resident of Canada; as such can I divorce her from Canada?
