I do not speak Thai and I am wondering how the court process works in Thailand and what support I might need?

A person is not required to speak Thai, but it should be noted that all court proceedings take place in Thai language, so all required documents must be translated before they are put before the court, except for the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, where it has been agreed not to translate documents and evidence.
