If either party in a case disagrees with the decision of the Court of First Instance, they may file a written appeal to the Court of Appeal within one month of the verdict of the Court of First Instance.

If the defendant decides to appeal to the Dika Court, the defendant must submit their appeal hearing within one month of the Appeal Court's judgement.
