I am an ex-pat living in Thailand with a Thai Resident Alien book for many years. How can I make a will for my sons, born and raised in Thailand, to be executors and beneficiaries of my estate in Thailand? I already have a will in my home country for my belongings in my home country. Thank you.

Hello,
You should make a separate will for your assets in Thailand only.

Hi there, do your children have Thai citizenship also? It is best to have a will for Thailand that clearly states the requirements for Thailand. We have over 40 years of experience with this, so please email us at info@thailandfamilylaw.com for more details. Thank you.
