Fastest & easiest option: mutual consent divorce
If both of you agree to separate, you can file for a mutual divorce in the UAE Personal Status Court. This is usually the quickest route once the marriage certificate is legalized and translated into Arabic.

If your wife does not agree
You may file for divorce through the Personal Status Court based on harm, incompatibility, or irretrievable breakdown. The court will first attempt reconciliation before proceeding.
