If you were hired as a direct employee and later transferred to a contractor arrangement with reduced salary and benefits without your consent, this may be a violation of UAE Labour Law. An employer generally cannot change your employment terms (salary, employer entity, benefits, contract type) without your written agreement and a new labour contract approved by MOHRE. You should: - Check whether a new labour contract was issued under a different company - Review whether you signed any contract amendment - File a labour complaint with MOHRE if the change was made without consent - You may claim salary difference, benefits, and compensation for contract breach Do not resign before getting legal advice, as this may affect your rights and end-of-service benefits.
