Our firm was founded by Managing Partner, Mr. Giancarlo de la Gasca after obtaining his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (with honors) at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL; and having work experience in a well-known IP boutique firm of Chicago.
Thereafter, we created the Firm, with the purpose of offering specialized services by an expert team, which is fully bilingual and has an international perspective of the law, but most of all, an expert team that looks up to fulfilling the legal necessities of our clients until achieving their maximum satisfaction.
