This Code aims at a procedural system based on hearings. A simple process, with written elements and the hearings -preliminary and trial- oral, as oral are a series of acts. Future innovations are introduced and some traditional ones are updated.

An oral procedural system was established, which resulted in the modification of all procedural institutes, from the claim to the appeal and the review, to adapt them to the dynamics of a process influenced by said procedural principle. This basically means that they will be aired in oral hearings, with sentences being issued more quickly by the judges who carry out the evidence.
