We provide assistance in the registration of companies with the Securities and Exchange commission of Pakistan as a Private, Single Member or a Company under section 42 limited by guarantee, our services also includes registration of Partnership Firms with the Registrar of Firms.

Our Firm deals with the fulfilment of the post statutory requirements of the Companies with SECP, we have been engaged with the Banks for the recovery of default by the consumers and assisted and filled suits under section 9 of the Financial Institutions Recovery Ordinance 2001.
