Maggie Nguyo-Kariuki started this Nguyo Kariuki Advocates in 2016 after having been admitted to the Bar in 2005.
Whereas we do have the ‘brick and motar’ office located at Kengeleni Business Park in Mombasa, we are pretty much a virtual law firm. We handle clients needs from every part of the country including the diaspora. We have reliable and competent remote lawyers from different parts of the country who work as part of our team. This way, it does not matter where you are located, whatever your legal issue, we can competently handle it.
You can reach us through calling us directly, sending us an email or through Whats App. Depending on your comfort, we can schedule virtual meetings via Zoom, Goolge Meet, Teams or even WhatApp.
Payments are made easy through the Mpesa platforms and any communication is through our portal. Once you instruct us to handle a matter for you, you will have access to your client portal where you can log in to see progress with your case or raise any questions.

Like most law firms in Kenya, we practice all areas of law but tend to specialize more on Employment and Land Law litigation. If you are undertaking a developing project, its very easy to decide to ‘cut corners’ with the paper work. The proper way is to obtain a National Construction Permit (NCA) but it is costly and lengthy to do so. We advice and encourage clients to be patient and we assist in obtaining all the requisite documentation in the correct way.
