Gilberto Fajardo is arbitrator appointed by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry, duly authorized by this entity to act as arbitrator in any arbitrary court, both domestic and international.

Criminal Law is another of our major areas of practice in the firm. Although we cover all kind of felonies, our specialization is Economic Criminal Law, our expertise includes legal advice and managing complex litigation cases based on economic and patrimonial issues, including felonies related to intellectual property rights. In this area of practice we have Délmer Rodríguez, a well-known criminal counsel in El Salvador, who is also an academic and professor of Criminal Law at one of the most recognized universities in the country. Mr. Délmer Rodríguez, for his long career, his experience, his academics and his knowledge of doctrine and jurisprudence, is one of the most respected criminal counsels in the country. We also have Ms. Cindy Rivera, who has a Masters in Economic Criminal Law and has extensive experience in economic and intellectual property rights crimes. Her knowledge in this area and the ability to coordinate work with local administrative and judicial authorities, make it an extremely valuable counsel designing strategies to fight these crimes.
