It was formed in 2006 as a result of a merger between two firms; Sherman Nyongesa & Co. Advocates and Godfrey Mutubia & Co. Advocates. In their own right, the two predecessor firms had grown steadily both in size and expertise thus after the merger it took no time for the firm to establish.
