False Information on rental transaction

False claims on rental transactions.
The information given to me by the caretaker and the agent about a house I paid for was false. They stated clearly that the house have a running water or water supply in the compound and also uses federal electricity supply which turned out to be false. that information influence my decision making payments and right now I feel scammed and emotionally down please am opting for a full refund both the agent fees and everything and damages they caused me
