Tenant-landlord dispute

I banged the gates once and he warned me about it and I apologized about it only for him to say he will be locking the gates every 9:00pm everyday
So I came back yesterday at 9:08pm and found out that the door was locked and I was banging it only for him to come out and say I was disturbing and was talking crazy like “it seems I don’t like to hear word” and “saying I am not stubborn enough”(that pissed me off because I see that as a challenge to become even more stubborn) and that if I am not cool with it that he will send my money back then today he locked the gate at 8:45pm which isn’t the stipulated time for it. Now I want to sue him because you can’t lock me outside for a house I pay rent in
