What are my options for appealing a civil court decision in Ukraine and how long do I have?

It is not recommended that you appeal Court ruling by yourself. At the moment Ukrainian civil procedural code contains formal requirements failing to comply with which you will lose your right for appeal. Regarding the appealing process it starts with appeal claim properly formed and sent to the court of appeal or through electronic Court system. Court of appeal checks your claim and if everything is correct decides whether to consider the case with the notification of the parties or without one.
