Residence visa for a child who was adopted by a single female adopter

Dear Sir / Madam, I hope you can help me with my query. My daughter was adopted around 6 years ago, from England. I was supported by Scottish Adoption Services in Edinburgh at the time as I am from Scotland. My daughter and I moved out to Abu Dhabi on the 19th of February as I had accepted a job out there. She was meant to be sponsored under my own employment visa for Abu Dhabi, however, there have been a number of challenges that we've faced over the past couple of weeks. I'll try and note below some of the issues that have come up so that it makes sense, as it has all been quite difficult for us. The UAE does not recognize single female adapters. They advised that they require the names of a mother and a father. They need a person to be married to adopt. I will need this information or help as soon as possible too as they are trying to process the visa application and the clock is ticking for us in terms of my daughter's length of stay remaining here and how long the process here takes to complete residence visa applications.
