May a foreigner file a case in Thailand?

Foreigners are permitted to file cases in Thailand in any of the courts if the matter they would like to pursue comes under Thai jurisdiction. Moreover, a person is not required to be a Thai resident to file a case, but only Thai registered lawyers are allowed to practice law in Thailand and appear before Thai courts.
