Jacqueline has over 30 years’ experience in the practice of civil and criminal litigation, personal injury cases, estate matters, immigration, family, and sports law. She is a Past President of the Jamaican Bar Association, a former executive member of the Advocates Association of Jamaica, former Chairman of the Legal Aid Board, and member of the Rules Committee for the Parish Courts of Jamaica. Jacqueline has earned great respect in Jamaica’s sporting world, as she has been involved in several sports, both as a player and an administrator. She is a past member of the Jamaica Football Federation Disciplinary Committee and the Jamaica Table Tennis Association Disciplinary Committee, a council member of the Kingston and Saint Andrew Football Association, and an executive member of the Real Mona Football Club. She also wrote a play and performed for her Bishops High School (Guyana) Alumni Association at their reunion. Jacqueline earned her LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of the West Indies and has been admitted to practice in Jamaica and Guyana. She is now a Notary Public for the island of Jamaica. Jacqueline is married to Neil Gordon-Martin, and they have one daughter, Alexis.
