Delissen Martens is a full-service firm of more than 40 attorneys, tax advisors and mediators. We represent almost all legal specialties; from corporate law to family law and from employment law to administrative law. A conscious choice because we believe that a broad perspective gives us the overview and insight to serve you in a very focused way, both in business and in private life.
We make the difference by linking our substantive knowledge to today's world. Current themes such as sustainability, diversity and digitalization have our constant attention. In doing so, we focus not only on interpreting relevant legislation but also on its (possible) impact. It helps us to translate theory into adequate, sometimes progressive, solutions.
This approach is typical of the people at Delissen Martens. We stand for an open mind and a broad interest, for accessibility and involvement, for flexibility and vitality. So we are always at your side with advice and assistance, not only from the rule of law, but also from our feeling for society. It makes our service personal, appropriate ... and completely of our time.

Inmigración
Although migration is as old as humanity itself, today's challenges are new. Globalisation, digitisation, international labour mobility, humanitarian crises and constantly changing laws and regulations mean that migration law is a dynamic and complex field.
Those seeking guidance in this context require not only legal expertise, but also an open mind and an awareness of the personal, social and policy factors that always come into play.
Our approach
At Delissen Martens, we focus on the individual, not the procedure. Our immigration lawyers understand that immigration issues can have a profound impact on people's lives, businesses and (semi-)governmental institutions. This is why we combine in-depth legal expertise with an understanding of the broader context in which decisions must be made.
We advise and assist in areas such as:
- admission and residence
- family reunification
- labour migration
- naturalisation
- extension or revocation of residence permits
We specialise in providing clarity in complex situations, paying close attention to the human dimension and looking ahead. This ensures that your position is legally sound and future-proof.
Reliable advisors, close to you
Whether you are an individual, an entrepreneur or a representative of a (semi-)governmental agency, Delissen Martens can provide you with an experienced immigration lawyer. Although our office is located in The Hague, we handle cases throughout the Netherlands.

Jeroen Maas
Attorney at law/partner
Expertise
With more than 21 years of experience in the field of migration law and a broad knowledge of administrative law, Jeroen advises companies, individuals and (semi-)government on issues of administrative and migration law. He assists companies with applications in the area of knowledge and labor migration and advises individuals on issues concerning (EU) family migration.
His approach
In his approach, he always tries to find the right solution to a legal conflict. “As a lawyer, I am always looking for the actual solution to the problem. I often look at the higher interest. The solution cannot always be achieved through a fight or dispute. I also try to make the client aware of this. Fighting for the principle sounds nice, but the price is often higher than the return.”
In addition, Jeroen advises lawyers (law firms) and other professionals at home and abroad on complex issues of migration law, such as cross-border family law issues or international corporate structures. Where necessary, Jeroen litigates on the refusal or revocation of residence permits. Clients can also turn to Jeroen for assistance on various issues where interests clash with those of the government: fines, permits and subsidies.
