Abdelhamid Soliman is an accomplished Egyptian Attorney-at-Law with 15+ years of experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, compliance, and legal business development across Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey, with familiarity in the legal frameworks of the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. He advises multinational clients, structures cross-border transactions, and optimizes law firm operations and marketing strategies to enhance visibility and market positioning.
Passionate about legal education and mentorship, Abdelhamid has trained and guided over 30 young legal professionals from Egypt, Syria, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, providing hands-on experience in corporate law, investment law, and legal marketing. He leverages his legal expertise and business acumen to drive growth, foster international collaborations, and position law firms as leaders in a competitive global market. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Crisis and Risk Management at Cairo University.
