Bayan Al Khadhuri joined Hussain Al Toubi Law Firm as a Junior Associate, bringing a strong academic background and international exposure in legal practice. She holds a First-Class Honors LLB from the University of Liverpool, where she was uniquely selected for a professional insight program at One Essex Court, and completed her Foundation Year in Humanities, Law, and Social Sciences at Durham University with distinction.
At HATLF, Bayan provides expert support in regulatory compliance, labor law, foreign residence matters, financial claims, and data protection. She conducts comprehensive legal research, drafts pleadings and case briefs, and assists in litigation and administrative court procedures. Her experience spans contract review, comparative law analysis, and representation of clients in court proceedings, ensuring alignment with Omani and international legal standards.
Prior to joining HATLF, Bayan gained extensive experience in top-tier firms and institutions in Oman and the UK. Her international background includes court shadowing at Chester County Court, participation in insight programs at One Essex Court and Unit Chambers, and involvement in pro bono projects at the Liverpool Law Clinic.
