Thomas Forsch

With more than 25 years of international legal experience, including senior leadership roles such as Vice President Legal at du Telecom (UAE), Thomas brings exceptional expertise across telecom & IT, infrastructure, construction, energy, and strategic investments.

He, is one of the region’s rare lawyers holding dual qualifications in German and French civil law, complemented by practical training in common law and over 15 years of experience in the Middle East.

Thomas will play a pivotal role in strengthening legal and investment cooperation between Oman and Continental Europe, particularly within the EU’s green & digital “twin transition” and Oman’s Vision 2040 strategic goals.
