Hussain Al-Toubi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hussain Al-Toubi Law Firm (HATLF). A highly respected Omani lawyer with over a decade of experience, he is recognized for his strategic insight, discretion, and steadfast commitment to protecting his clients’ interests at the highest levels. A graduate of Sultan Qaboos University, Hussain also holds a High Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and is pursuing a Master’s in ADR at Queen Mary University of London.
He is a leading practitioner in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and corporate law, having represented clients in multi-million-dollar disputes under the LCIA, ICC, and Omani Arbitration Law, including cases exceeding USD 45 million across the oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Beyond disputes, Hussain is distinguished for his expertise in corporate and commercial law, advising on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, governance, and banking and financial services. Combining deep legal knowledge with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach, he advocates for fair and efficient outcomes, whether before the courts or through mediation and other alternative resolution mechanisms.
