We had a house renovation done by an architectural firm in
Tagaytay, Philippines. They started building the house in February of last year and implied that it would be done by September 15 of last year. Unfortunately, it did not happen because the finishing is not done. They used regular or subpar materials for the vinyl tiles. The entry doors at the side of the house are WPC. etc
