My uncle applied for my mother for US immigration through F41 category in 2015. We got our first letter in 2020 that our application is approved and the case is in National visa center. Its 2024 there's no news yet. How long its going to get our Documentation qualification and fee payment done and how long for interview letter? I am the eldest daughter and I am 25 year old. Should I get married or delay my marriage?

The time it takes to process immigrant visas varies depending on factors such as the category, nationality, and workload at the National Visa Center (NVC) and the U.S. Consulate/Embassy where your mother's interview will take place. As per the current Visa Bulletin for March 2024, the "Final Action Dates" for F4 siblings of U.S. citizens is currently June 8, 2016. Unfortunately, this indicates that there is still a backlog, and your mother's case is awaiting processing.
