こんにちは、 ご丁寧なご返信をいただき誠にありがとうございます。人道的・同情的配慮（H&C）という観点から、私の状況をより正確に反映するために、簡潔な補足説明を差し上げたいと思います。 私は現在トルコに滞在する未成年者で、家庭内暴力、ネグレクト、そして長期化する法的な不確実性により、深刻な心理的・教育的困難を抱えています。 数年にわたる家庭裁判所の審理および後見人の選任にもかかわらず、実効的な保護や安定性は確保されていません。これら未解決の過程は私の教育と精神的健康に大きな混乱をもたらし、心理的支援を求めざるを得ない状況です。 現在の弁護士はトルコの児童権利の仕組みを通じて選任された方であり、主として難民申請の観点から私の状況を評価しています。完成した精神科医の報告書が存在しないことや、恐怖と依存の下で未成年として述べた不一致を理由に、私の事件は弱いとの見解に傾いています。 しかし、私は年齢や脆弱性、そして実効的保護を提供できない体制的な失敗を踏まえ、H&Cに焦点を当てた評価が必要であると考えています。 したがって、私はH&Cを根拠とする独立した法的意見および考え得る支援体制に関する助言を求めています。必要であれば、現弁護士との連絡を円滑にするための書類の共有やコミュニケーションの調整にも同意いたします。 敬具
