Note: Both parties in UAE.

He got someone impregnated and married the girl so the pregnancy would be covered by insurance. Both agreed to get separation/divorce as soon as the baby is delivered. Now the girl changed her mind. Guy has a fiance. What can be done in this case?

As per the mentioned details, your friend can divorce her through the Court and in case he don't need the custody of the baby , she can have the baby. As per the case goes, he can divorce her.
