• Copyright: We advise on the protection of works, drafting and negotiating copyright contracts and other auxiliary contracts, intervening in infringement procedures and litigation related to the protection of said rights, including the granting of licenses and the assignment of rights in sectors such as advertising, music and design.
• Conflicts over registered trademarks and domain names:  We advise on matters of legal proceedings regarding trademarks before national and international organizations. We participate in the drafting and negotiation of license and franchise agreements and other collaboration agreements in operations that affect trademark rights, as well as in judicial and arbitration proceedings. We also advise on disputes over domain names.
• Inventions (patents, utility models, know-how ) and designs: We advise our clients on the protection of inventions and designs and we represent them in legal proceedings related to validity, infringement, property and other matters related to patents, utility models , know-how and designs.
