Mr. Igeria has practiced law for over 30 years in the areas of civil litigation, conveyancing, commercial law, arbitration and mediation. Besides being a very highly accomplished lawyer, he is highly skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Through the appointment by H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta, he chairs the Nairobi Center for International Arbitration, and has a good track record with arbitration and mediation matters, resolving cases that had lagged in courtrooms for many years.
Arthur Igeria graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 1991. He holds a Global Executive Masters degree in Business Administration (GEMBA) from the United States International University (USIU) / Frankfurt School of Business and Finance. He is an accredited Mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the Mediation Training Institute (MTI) Kenya, the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre (SDRC), and the Mediation Accreditation Committee of the High Court of Kenya. He sits on the CIArb Nairobi Branch Committee,

Mr. Ngugi has expertise in litigation and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. Among other areas of law, Mr. Ngugi practices Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Property and Real estate law, Tax Law and leads Igeria & Ngugi’s Corporate Commercial Practice Group
Mr. Ngugi graduated from University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Law degree and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2003. He further holds a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) with United States International University (USIU) / Frankfurt School of Business and Finance and has attended several professional courses in his areas of practice.

Mr. Njoroge has a mind for representing clients with unmatched fervour and devotion. His has a bourgeoning interest in aviation law that was recently sparked by his involvement with the Ethiopian airlines case. He is an accomplished arbitrator in our chambers and an effective problem solver within the law. David’s desire for diversity and passion to law have propelled him to the heights of partner and he strives to help make I&N a global brand.
Mr. Njoroge graduated in the year 2007 with a Bachelors of Law Degree and was admitted to the Bar in the year 2009. With a track record that speaks for itself, he has risen from a lego-intern in the firm during his pupillage years, to a Senior Associate in 2012, heading the Dispute Resolution Practice of the firm in 2014. He thereafter made Partner in 2015.

Jillian is our Principal Associate with a successful career spanning over 8 years. Since her admission to the bar in the year 2012, Jillian has worked with clients and counsel from a number of jurisdictions including South Africa, the UK, Italy, Netherlands and New Zealand.
She graduated in the year 2010 with a Bachelors of Laws Degree from the Catholic University of East Africa and was admitted to the Bar in 2012 after her Diploma from Kenya School of Law. Ms. Ndirangu then proceeded to the University of Cape Town for her LLM Intellectual Property Law Masters and a course in Cyber Security.

Anthony Mbaji is a meticulous advocate with experience spanning legal research, document drafting and trial preparation. One of our key litigants, Mr Mbaji has been resourceful in evaluating all aspects to protect clients and projects.

Ken is a Senior Associate at I&N who has quickly earned a name for himself as a master in Commercial Law. He is able to guide and take clients through the most complex of matters by laying them down in a manner that a layman will easily understand and entrust him to carry out most of their corporate commercial legal requirements.
Ken graduated in the year 2013 with a Bachelors of Laws Degree followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law. He did his pupillage with the firm and was promoted to Associate position upon his admission to the Bar in 2016.

Martin Gigoni has joined our firm as an associate in the corporate commercial practice group. He is an advocate of the high court of Kenya and currently pursuing qualification as a Certified Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Strathmore University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is currently pursuing accreditation as a Certified Secretary.

Rushmi Matete holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration.

Faith Wamuyu joined the firm soon after her studies, and has since proved to be an invaluable asset to our firm. She is a member of the Dispute Resolution Department with growing interest & knowledge in litigation, tax matters, and commercial transactions.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and is is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Tax Administration.
