He manages and assists clients with resolving all legal issues pertaining to various corporate transactional and regulatory matters in a manner consistent with the client’s business strategy and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. He reviews, drafts and negotiates complex contracts to which the client is a party and ensure that they are properly protected. He provides management and the wider client’s business timely and accurate interpretation of various laws and regulations affecting the business and keep them appraised of the types of action that require legal consideration. He instructs and manages in house counsels for implementing systems and process to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
